Type-GT5 (GT500 Style) double sided carbon fiber hood for 2015-2017 Ford Mustang. This hood features a large 19 x 26-inch louvered vent totaling 3.43 square feet for heat extraction and increases front end downforce.

*CARBON FIBER “SKELETON” BONDED TO UNDERSIDE OF CARBON FIBER HOOD – REDUCED WEIGHT

*Vacuum infused process with 3K, 2×2 twill carbon fiber cloth, gloss finish

*MODIFICATIONS MAY BE NECESSARY FOR CORRECT FITMENT OF THE O.E. WINDSHIELD WASHER SPRAY NOZZLE SYSTEM AS PART OF THE NORMAL INSTALLATION PROCESS

*MESH SCREENS ARE REMOVABLE and PAINTABLE

*MOUNTS WITH OE HARDWARE

*All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons. Anderson Composites will not be liable for any damages to the product and the vehicle caused by not properly using hood pins – AeroCatch or Quic-Latch 

*Heat shield required 

*Hoods are hand crafted and weigh approximately 24.9 lbs. (stock hood weighs 31 lbs.)

*ALWAYS CAREFULLY CLOSE A COMPOSITE HOOD. SLAMMING OR DROPPING THE HOOD MAY CAUSE IT TO CRACK.
