The manufacturing process is what sets the Enkei Raijin apart from its competitors. They use a two step process of Durville die casting and MAT processing.
In the die casting step, molten aluminum alloy is rapidly quenched and solidified creating a superior metallic structure. The wheel is then spun and rolled using MAT technology to create a “metal flow” mimicking the metal properties of forged models.
