Gilomen Innovations – Two-Way Bearing Modified Sleeve Assembly – P90X

This bearing has also been modified into a two way bearing and lubed internally with IsoFlex grease.

If your one way bearing has failed I strongly suggest you install this modified bearing to prevent future failure.

You must use our EBS lockout shim with this two way bearing.

Also make sure your plastic helix under the bearing assembly is in good shape, replace if needed.
