Taildragger Air Ride Suspension 5/32″ airlines – Xotic Customsis the best air ride for Harley Davidson touring on the market.When compressed, the shocks measure 9 1/4″ and fully inflated theshocks are 14″ giving you 5″ of travel and the ability to adjust yourride height on the fly. Our Taildragger Air Ride suspension kits willfit any stock Harley Davidson with external shocks. Most bike models you willbe able to ride 4″ below stock height up to 1″ over stock height.
When bolted onto a stock Harley, it gives you 5″ of movement. Noadjustment necessary, simply bolt on the new shocks and plumb and wire thesystem mounting it anywhere. When the system is completely deflated the fenderdoes not rub on the tire on STOCK applications, the shocks act as a bump stop.You must check the clearance on your bike, we are not responsible forvariations on a bike with clearance issues.This means in case of asystem failure you can still ride the bike. When the shocks are extended totheir max there is no binding and plenty of clearance on STOCK applications(larger diameter exhaust may touch on the bottom of the shock fully extended).The dampening is consistent at any height except completely deflated and maxheight. When you have a passenger all you have to do is air up the system witha flip of a switch and you can still maintain comfortable ride height with thesame great riding suspension.
